Three-family house Sol e Mare is situated on top of a hill, 400 m from the sea/sandy beach. The distance to the centre of Sciacca is 9 km. The two-bedroom apartment of 45 m2 can accommodate up to four persons and offers a washing machine.
The living/dining room with TV has exit to the terrace of 20 m2 with terrace furniture and a barbecue. From here you can enjoy panoramic view of the sea, the countryside and the resort. The kitchenette is equipped with four hotplates, an oven, freezer and dining table.
There is one double bedroom and one room with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet. There is a fenced garden of 100 m2 with lawn sunning area for shared use. Motor access, 100 m via unmade road and parking is available by the house at 20 m.
Within 400 m you can find several shops, restaurants, a supermarket and an outdoor swimming pool. Sciacca is a small town with interesting medieval buildings and a residential area built in Arabian style. Agrigento and the temples valley approx 60 km, Selinute 30 km, Eraclea Minoa 25 km, Segesta 70 km, Palermo 100 km.
