These apartments are located in quiet surroundings in the Tyrolean Ötztal valley, 3 km from the centre of Sautens and 4.9 km from the Hochötz Ski Area. A riding stable and a bathing pond are available on the property and can be used free of charge. A sauna is also featured on site.
Each of the Ferienwohnungen Ötztal has balcony or a terrace. Most of the units have a fully equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Fresh bread rolls can be provided on request every morning. All apartments were awarded the highest rating of 4 Edelweiss by the Tyrolean cooperation of private accommodation.
In summer, you can enjoy barbecues in scenic green surroundings, ride on the horses and children can have fun on the playground. The Ötztal-Ferienwohnungen are an ideal base for mountain biking and hiking trips.
The village of Ötz is 6 km away and the Aquadome spa in Längenfeld is 15 km away. Free private parking is possible on site. In winter, a free ski bus is offered to guests.
