Haikarakan is located in the historic area of Hakodate. It is a short 10-minute walk from Kanamori Stockyard and a 15-minute walk from the Hakodate Ropeway.
Simply furnished, the western-style rooms come with fine bedding and a TV. En suite bathrooms have a bathtub, free toiletries and slippers.
The hostel provides luggage storage service and a vending machine for guests’ convenience. Heating facilities are available and a free-use PC is located at the dining room.
The hostel is a 6-minute drive from JR Hakodate Station. Motomachi Park is 200 metres away and Suehirocho area is about 100 metres from the hostel.
