Aldeia da Pena is a village in the parish of Covas do Rio, municipality of São Pedro do Sul, district of Viseu.
Nestled in a valley, it receives only three hours of sunshine a day.
With a beautiful schist and slate houses, with only 7 inhabitants and a single restaurant, the Adega typical of Pena, works as a great attraction point for tourists.
Although practically deserted, it is a mandatory crossing point for nature lovers, since it is located in the center of the valley and next to the Ribeira da Pena with clear but cold waters.
